Capabilities
Some of our past projects include:
- A complete order processing system for a mail-order fulfillment
company. Telephone orders captured by an order-taking house are received
via modem and logged in, separated by payment method and processed. Credit
card orders are automatically forwarded to the validation bureau, valid
orders filled, inventory adjusted and tracked, and packing lists generated.
An exception report is generated for all non-processed orders, and a notification
letter is prepared for the customer.
- A program for a major life insurance company allows agents to
create detailed sales material and proposals based on an interview-style
questionnaire format. After entering the pertinent details regarding plan
type, business type, amounts, terms, etcetera, the program produces presales
material or a detailed proposal in less than five minutes. The person using
the program does not need to know anything about using a word processor
as the program controls all aspects of the document generation process.
- A simple but effective project scheduling tool called QuickGantt,
which allows production of detailed project schedules in minutes, not hours.
QuickGantt uses a unique format which allows spreadsheet-style data entry
to simplify that phase of the process. A single keystroke produces project
schedules and a Gantt chart - no setup or layout is required.
